Shaun came into my Blantyre studio for his newborn session and he was an absolute dream to photograph. Calm, settled and completely relaxed, he allowed me to create a full gallery of soft, timeless newborn portraits that his family will treasure for years.

The first days with your baby are intense, emotional and incredibly fleeting. One minute they are curled up and tiny. The next they are stretching, changing and growing.

That is why newborn photography is so important.

These portraits capture your baby exactly as they are in those first precious days. Their tiny fingers, sleepy expressions and the way they naturally curl up when they feel safe. Those are the details that disappear far too quickly.

My studio in Blantyre is designed to feel calm and welcoming for both babies and parents. Everything is set up before you arrive so you do not need to worry about anything.

I provide all wraps, blankets and props for your session, so you can simply relax while I take care of your baby and create beautiful images for you.

Shaun was wrapped in soft natural fabrics, styled with gentle colours and placed in a way that kept him comfortable and secure throughout the session.

This relaxed approach is why so many parents travel to me from across Lanarkshire, Glasgow and surrounding areas for their newborn photography.

Newborn sessions are best booked during pregnancy so I can reserve space around your due date. Babies are photographed in their first few weeks when they are sleepiest and most comfortable being gently posed.
