When you look back on your baby's newborn photos, it’s often the tiniest things that pull at your heart the most.
Those little details that change so quickly — and yet mean everything.
During every newborn session, I make it a priority to capture these tiny, beautiful moments.
They tell the real story of your baby's earliest days.
I always make time to photograph your baby's tiny curled-up toes, their wrinkled little fingers, and the soft fluff of hair on their head.
These details are so easy to forget once your baby starts to grow.
Before you know it, their fingers will be grasping toys, their toes will be finding their first steps, and that newborn hair will have changed completely.
Capturing it now means you’ll always have a way to remember just how small and delicate they once were.
I love to capture the way your baby naturally curls up during those early days.
There’s something so beautiful about how they tuck themselves into the smallest of spaces, hands resting under their chin or feet tucked up underneath them.
It’s a reflection of how they were in the womb — peaceful, safe, and brand new to the world.
That natural, instinctive curl is one of those things that disappears before you even realise it’s gone.
Photographing it while it’s still there gives you memories you’ll treasure forever.
Alongside the tiny features, I also look for the little expressions that are unique to your baby.
The gentle stretch, the pouty lip, the fleeting sleepy smiles.
Even at just a few days old, babies already have their own little personalities shining through.
I love being able to catch those tiny glimpses — they make the photos feel even more personal and special.
Newborn photography isn't just about beautiful posed shots (although those are lovely too).
It’s about capturing the feeling of this moment in time — the wonder, the love, the tiny details you’ll want to hold onto.
The little things are what make your baby's story unique.
When you look back at your images months or years from now, it’s often these small details that will bring you right back to those early days.
And that’s what I want for you — photographs that don’t just show you what your baby looked like, but how it felt to hold them when they were this tiny.
