Shona & Craig were married at the weekend at the Crutherland Hotel in East Kilbride. It was such a lovely day, no wind with sunshine with some clouds. And the Celtic football team turned up as well!
Here are a few images from the day…..

Jennifer & Kenny were married on the banks of Loch Lomond at Cameron House. This setting really is stunning, the house is beautiful inside and the grounds are just amazing on the outside. And with such a lovely couple to work with we were able to capture stunning images of this couple.

Gavin & Becky were married in One Devonshire Gardens this January to an evening service surrounded by family and friends. All images had to be photographed using the ambient light and using flash as the service started at 5pm.
One Devonshire Gardens is a stunning venue, with unique period features. Inside the venue is lit by low lights and candles, creating a soft evening feel. Becky entered and looked amazing in her 1940’s style wedding dress, the epitome of glamour!

These images are from the wedding of Julie & Michael, a wonderful couple who’s wedding I photographed near the end of last year. Julie & Michael are from the south of England and travelled up to Scotland to have their wedding in Bothwell with photographs later at Bothwell Castle and a reception at the Shawlands Park Hotel in Shawsburn. Julie’s family are from Bothwell where she used to visit her gran frequently, playing in the grounds of Bothwell Castle one day dreaming of her wedding. Unfortunately Julie’s gran passed away before the wedding arrived, but we knew she was looking out for her grandaughter that day, the sun shone as though it was the middle of summer and gave us the chance to fufill Julie’s dream.

Here are a few images from a recent wedding at the National Piping Center Glasgow. This was a first time photographing inside this lovely venue, which is very quirky with lots of history including a museum about the history of piping. The rain stayed away to let us get outside for a few images, here are a few from the day…..

Yesterday our wedding was at the Strathaven Hotel and we were so lucky with the weather, what a beautiful weekend it’s been!
And speaking of beautiful, our stunning bride was Lynne. Who’s wedding gown was amazing! It was the colour of red wine and shone with different shades and tones in the light.
John Paul the groom was very at ease and we had a great time photographing him and the boys
Lynne you and all the girls were such good fun to be around, thank you for a lovely day. Here are a few of my favs…..

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing a stunning bride, Kelly looked amazing in her figure hugging dress and Kelly and Raymond’s little girl was as cute as could be!
It was a wonderful day even though the rain decided to pour for most it. And guests had tears of laughter at the best man’s speech, who then broke into a song penned especially for the occaision complete with a guitar strategically placed under the table!
Thank you for having us as part of your day, it was a pleasure to photograph you both. Here are a few of my favourites from the day…..

Alison & Alex were married in St Monica’s Coatbridge with a reception held at Glenskirlie afterwards. The rain stayed away until we stepped out of St Monica’s and started our group shot, and then it started to pour! We then moved on to Glenskirlie castle where we took some images inside the silver bridal room which is just stunning, there is so many funky images to take inside these rooms!
Guys you were a pleasure to be around and to photograph, thank you for a lovely day.
