February 18th, 2010Royal Concert Hall Glasgow Wedding Show
February 12th, 2010This weekend sees the start of the Royal Concert Hall wedding show in Glasgow’s city centre. It’s a mad time of year, getting everything together for the start of the year and the beginning of the big shows! I love exhibiting at the Concert Hall, its a lovely venue. Right in the hart of the city with plenty of parking around and a great size to walk around. If you would like to come and visit us and say hello we will be on stand 140 where we will have a selection of our new wedding album offers and boudoir albums! Please note the studio will be closed Friday and Saturday the 12 & 13th of February.

One Devonshire Gardens wedding photography
January 28th, 2010Gavin & Becky were married in One Devonshire Gardens this January to an evening service surrounded by family and friends. All images had to be photographed using the ambient light and using flash as the service started at 5pm.
One Devonshire Gardens is a stunning venue, with unique period features. Inside the venue is lit by low lights and candles, creating a soft evening feel. Becky entered and looked amazing in her 1940’s style wedding dress, the epitome of glamour!
Bothwell Castle Wedding Photography
January 28th, 2010These images are from the wedding of Julie & Michael, a wonderful couple who’s wedding I photographed near the end of last year. Julie & Michael are from the south of England and travelled up to Scotland to have their wedding in Bothwell with photographs later at Bothwell Castle and a reception at the Shawlands Park Hotel in Shawsburn. Julie’s family are from Bothwell where she used to visit her gran frequently, playing in the grounds of Bothwell Castle one day dreaming of her wedding. Unfortunately Julie’s gran passed away before the wedding arrived, but we knew she was looking out for her grandaughter that day, the sun shone as though it was the middle of summer and gave us the chance to fufill Julie’s dream.

January 21st, 2010Flora & Gary were married and held their reception in One Devonshire Gardens this December. It was a beautiful clear December evening and a moving ceremony surrounded by close family and friends. It was a pleasure to be part of their wonderful day…
Wedding Photography at Glenbervie House Stirling
January 11th, 2010We had another amazing winter wedding over the Christmas holidays at Glenbervie House in Stirling. Lauren and John live in Sydney Australia but had come home to be married with family and friends all around them.
Lauren was stunning in a cream wedding dress that she had brought from Sydney, and both her and John braved the cold to go outside for some winter images!
