I was delighted to be asked to be part of Colin and Neil’s civil partnership in Edinburgh last month. It was a beautiful day, hardly a cloud in the sky and no rain!! Can you believe it, in January!!
It was a day filled with lots of love and laughter, starting off with the boys in the Princes Street Suites Then moving on to the Lothian Suites city chambers in Edinburgh, and finishing with a fantastic knees up at the chic Howie’s Restaurant in the city centre. Thanks guys for asking Angela and I to be there on your big day, we had a blast xxx

I have been very naughty by not blogging for the last few months or so
Time passes so fast and before you know it, months have passed and in blogging terms, that’s forever!! So big apologies!
But I can assure you it has actually been because our new portrait and boudoir studio has taken all of our time up and has been growing month on month.
With that said, wedding season is well and truly about to get into full swing, with the SECC wedding show just finished last weekend, with two weddings wrapped around it as well, it was full steam ahead!!
We are now about to exhibit at the Shawlands Park Hotel wedding fayre on Sunday the 27 th of February, if you can make it along it would be lovely to see you. I love doing the smaller fayres as it always seems to feel a lot more personal.
The Shawlands Park Hotel is a beautifully refurbished hotel using the wood from a church in Glasgow, it has bags of personality and charm, and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. It’s a great venue to photograph at, and I will have a new album showing different weddings form the venue itself.
So if you can make it along we will look very much to meeting you, and if you have already booked with us and are coming along, it will be fantastic to see you again and catch up.

I had the great pleasure of photographing a beautiful wedding on Inchcolm Island South Queensferry in Edinburgh. This lovely couple were such a pleasure to be around, it truly was a joy to have such an amazing and different wedding venue to visit and photograph, it’s always very exciting photographing a venue that you have never been to before!

This slideshow was photographed at the beautiful Chatelherault Country Park in hamilton, which used to be the residence of the Duke of Hamilton. The building and grounds are stunning for wedding photography…….
It’s been quite a long time since I published a slideshow, so here is the stunning venue of Lodge on Loch Goil…….
Alan & Alan were married in Las Vegas and came home to have photographs and a party with all their friends and family! We were with them all day, and what a day it was!! It was so much fun, with photographs at Bothwell Castle and then a reception later in the evening at The Castle Rooms in Uddingston where the last dance was a surprise as the boys had been practicing the Thriller Dance to WOW everyone! Mission accomplished!
Thanks guys for such a great day and asking us be part of it x

I had the pleasure of photographing Tamsin & Joe’s wedding at The Lodge on Lochgoil a few weeks ago. This was my first time photographing this amazing venue and I loved every minute of it! Tamsin & Joe are a lovely couple and so easy to work with, and we really did come away with some amazing images for them…..
Angela & Andrew had a fantastic day for their wedding in April, it was a glorious sunny day at the David Livingston church in Blantyre and the weather was beautiful to allow us to capture some stunning images at Bothwell Castle. Angela & Andrew finished off their day at the Parkville in Blantyre with a very moving speech by Angela’s new husband…..
Shavonne & Alan were married at Glenbervie House on a beautiful and very sunny afternoon to a very moving and relaxed ceremony amongst family and friends. One of their children stole the show during the ceremony chatting away! You can see him in one of the following images with his Glengarry hat! Thank yo for allowing Angela and I to be part of you wonderful day, it truly was a pleasure…
